Ordering
All garters are custom sewn to your request and are non-refundable unless we have not yet made your garter when your request to cancel your order is received.
We try to ship all orders within 6 business days of the order date, but it could take up to 4 weeks before we can ship it depending on how many orders we have
at the time you ordered. March, April, and May are the busiest months of the year due to prom and it can take longer, so please order at least 4 weeks before
your event. We will let you know when you place your order if we cannot ship on time for you to receive by your event day. Garters are shipped via USPS first
class mail, which takes about 2–4 business days from the time we ship (this is only an estimate and could vary).

Since these garters are specially designed for you, all sales are final. Please ensure that you measure the width of
your leg 3" above the knee before choosing a size.

Shipping
Shipping is $3.00 per garter via USPS First Class Mail to all addresses in the United States and Canada. Please allow 3–6 business days transit time.
For customers outside of the United States and Canada, the postage amount is $17.00 per garter via Registered Mail or $7.00 with only a Certificate of
Mailing (which is proof that we mailed it and not able to track the order — if you choose this option, we cannot be responsible for undelivered or
lost packages). Free local pick-up is available in Madison, WI; we will call you when your garter is ready. Please select one of these options beside
"Shipping options" on the checkout page as applicable to you.
U.S. and Canada
· First Class mail: $3.00 (3-6 days)
· Priority Mail: $5.00 (2-3 days)
International Shipments
· Registered Mail: $17.00
· Certificate of Mailing: $7.00 (not responsible for undelivered mail with this option)

Ribbons
Colors may not be accurate on your monitor depending on color settings and
adjustments. We cannot be responsible for color variation between your monitor
and our ribbons. If you would like to order ribbon samples, please submit $3.00
via PayPal to info@garterboutique.com and give us your address and choice of up
to four colors. If you need more than four colors, please include $0.25 for each
additional color. The ribbons samples are about 2" long.

Sales Tax
Per Illinois law, sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping to an Illinois
address at 6.25% of the merchandise total value. No sales tax will be charged for
orders shipping to other states.
